Probably Normal: Sounds like you are feeling tiny lymph glans surrounding the vas deferens (the tube that carries the sperm from the testicles to your seminal vesicles A good question to ask is "does it feel the same on both sides?? If YES its probably normal..if NO see your Primary Care Doctor. Hope this helps Dr Z
