Talk to prescriber: Talk to the doctor that recommended the medicine. Shelcal Syrup is used for the treatment of calcium and vitamin D deficiency - best that the dosage recommendation be done by your baby's doctor as they are most familiar with your child's medical history

Probably 2 tspns: It depends on the concentration of the syrup but if it is 250 mg of calcium and 125 IU of Vit D per teaspoon then 1-2 tspns as a supplement should be fine
