Depends if it's eye: or ear you are talking about or sinuses. Best if you can have your PCP do a physical exam of your face, ears, nose, eyes, and throat and see what's going on! Never good to shot gun these things as it could be nothing, or it could be more serious and missed. Need to treat the cause of your dilated blood vessels. That will solve two birds with one stone!
