Make the mood better: Laugh can always make everything brighter and makes you feel better- as long as you laugh appropriately. It may affect your mood in a way that keep your attitude more positve when dealing with cancer. It does not do anything however to the natural history of the cancer itself. It will not make it smaller, and definitely will not make the cancer go away without receiving specific cancer treatment.
