Need more info: A lump in the testicular sack is most likely benign, like your doctor said. Common scrotal masses, as they are called, may appear based on the type of fluid they contain. These include hematocele (blood), hydrocele and spermatocele (fluid), varicocele (varicose vein). If you feel sensation in the stomach, you may have a hernia, which your doctor must check. Hope that helps.
