Means you need exam: There's no benefit from guessing at the outcome of an exam before it's done. Even if one guessed right, it would do nothing to correct the problem. So, the right course of action is an exam and treatment plan for whatever is found. Pain, especially severe acute pain can be a great aid in early detection of a problem. Take advantage of it to make it right as soon and as well as possible.
