No relationship: If you have a "family history" of MS, this has minimal influence on what happens to your health, as MS is NOT a genetic disorder. The herpes testing is totally independent of any interaction with presence or absence of MS.

No connection: No- there is no connection between herpes 6 and MS. Plus, the role of family inheritance in MS is not considered to be strong. It is not common for families to have more than one affected family member.
