If there a person who has beginning dextroscoliosis , what shall he/she to do?

Depends: If they were 12, and just starting into their growth spurt, they would be watched clinically or with xrays every 3-6 mo.If the scoliosis worsened significantly, they might be braced. At a listed age of 21, if you have a little scoliosis, it is likely never to be a problem.Once your growth centers close, and you are an adult, this usually doesn't change.
