No: Popping blisters can lead to ulceration which can lead to scarring. Cover and use topical ointment or an antibiotic until it heals.

Blisters are: typically sterile, so i suggest you don't pop it as you can then introduce infection. You can use aluminus acetate soaks to dry out the blister.
