Yes: Lymphangiomas are benign, soft tissue tumors often affecting the head and neck area, causing marked cosmetic problems. Treatment includes surgery and various sclerotherapy agents. OK-432 is such an agent. An intracystic injection produces a local inflammatory reaction, which frequently leads to resolution of the lesion. OK-432 injections should be used as a first line of treatment.
