No...: Lymphangiomas are not contagious or transmittable from one to another. They either occur congenitally (genetically) or can be acquired due to inflammation, trauma, or something obstructing the lymph system. Hope that helps!

No.: Lymphangiomas are a congenital malformation and are not caused by an infectious agent, thus they cannot be spread from person-to-person.
