May require ER: It very much depends on what you mean by "trouble breathing".Chest pains and trouble taking a breath as well as breathing quickly, feeling winded, or are in any way working hard at breathing mean that you need to go the ER now rather than wait for the urgent care in the morning. If stuffy and chest pain with cough without other concerning symptoms you could wait. If not sure seek evaluation now.

9 out of 10 it's OK: Would you really like to take a chance and wait? Personally, I wouldn't. Although it's inconvenient to go over to the nearest clinic or emergency dept, it could save ones life or at least get a head start on treating the cause of these symptoms. It's uncertain whether it's a virus, bacterial infection, pleurisy or other problem. Whatever the cause, determining the cause allows treatment.
