Sure: A cold attacks your whole body, really. It is not usual to get swollen lymph nodes everywhere but it could happen. Also a new deodorant, lotion or soap could do this too. If the lymph nodes don't go away or get smaller in 2 weeks see your doc. If you have fever over 101, pain in the nodes, trouble breathing, or anything else scary get checked today. (Don't squeeze the nodes often, check weekly

No: Cold viruses may cause mild enlargement of nodes in the neck only.. Lymph nodes act as a trap or filter to prevent germs from spreading to other parts of the body, and in so doing become enlarged and tender.
