Scar: You may have some residual skin changes from the boil but its too early to tell. Dermatological consultation is a good idea. He/she may recommend a anti-scarring Cream.

"boils": "Boils" are small abcesses, and even if opened for drainage, can "close over" and interrupt healing. Proper surveillance and cleansing is important in management. Frequent squeezing of the area may produce bruising, but this should resolve over time if the infection is treated effectively. Your dermatologist will be able to ease any concern.
