Question unclear: What were you being treated for? With what antibiotic? What is brown? If this is after you wipe yourself after urinating make sure it is not from the vagina. If this was UTI you may be seeing old blood from a hemorrhagic cystitis (bleeding bladder infection). Otherwise you need to see a doctor and get this evaluated in person. Hope this helps.
