Chafing?: To answer this question more accurately, I would need more information. Does the person have diabetes? Did these "wounds" appear spontaneously? Do they look like abrasions or deep chafing? Does the person who has them have significant under-hanging belly fat, called a panniculus? These are all risk factors for a moniilia intertrigo. In any case, a doctor needs to check it out.
