The : The information you provided is already enough to raise a red flag. Any area of skin which appears as an open wound and never heals up raises the possibility of skin cancer and should be looked at. I understand your financial concerns, but seeing an appropriate physician (dermatologist would be a good start) for a biopsy is the best advice i can offer you.

You need biopsy: The only way to be 100% sure, is to examine your lesion under microscope. You can either see a dermatologist or a plastic surgeon for a biopsy.

Not typically: Atthough bcc can occur anywhere on the body, they are more commonly found on areas that are more prone to sun exposure.
