Other Causes: A venous ultrasound is the gold standard for the diagnosis of DVT from the level of the groin to the upper ankle. If this is negative then you most likely do not have DVT. A d-dimer blood test especially if negative will further exclude DVT. There are many cause of leg pains and you should be evaluated for these. See your medical doctor.
