Breast lump: It is important to know if the lump is soft or hard or movable or fixed. Cancerous lesions are usually firm and relatively immovable. The fact that you have had it for a long time and it has not changed is a good sign. However your doctor should see it and if there is any change or any doubt a biopsy may need to be done. It probably is a cyst or fatty tumor.
