Saline irrigations.: I would recommend using nasal saline flushes a couple of times a day. If bleeding persists, you should be examined. Nasal congestion in the second and third trimesters of pregnancy is common. I, generally, recommend saline in order to avoid ecposing the baby to any meds. If symptoms are intolerable, some nasal steroids can be used in pregnancy.
