Problems with memory: are often due to medical problems like B12 or Vitamin D deficiency or un-diagnosed diabetes, or thyroid disease. I strongly suggest that you see a clinician to have these common problems ruled out first. If for instance you have lost the ability to absorb Vitamin B12 you could take lots of vitamins and herbs by mouth and not fix the problem. Make sure your B12 is above 350 (some suggest 550).
