No: Buspar (buspirone) is not physically or chemically addicting. There is no withdrawal when you stop taking it. But like all medicines, you may feel emotionally attached or dependent on it, psychologically. This shouldn't be a major concern if it's helping you. By the way, that's a fairly low dose for most people. Take care.
