Not a big deal: Skip the dose. Start back as prescribed tomorrow. With time and cognitive behavioral therapy this may become a moot point as you may not require as much or any medication in the future.

Buspar (buspirone): You are fine as long as daily dose stays the same (30mg.). You can skip the second dose & resume usual dosing tomorrow.
