6 months: You're 6 months past due for an examination and cleaning. Dark lines may be stains, fractures, or many other reasons. See a Dentist to determine the cause and the cure.

Stains or Decay: Without an examination and radiographs, one cannot say. At a minimum, you're due for an exam and cleaning. Let ur dentist take a look.
