Sinusitis: The typical hallmark of seasonal or year round allergies are sneezing, runny nose and itchy eyes. The symptoms might respond to a single medication or a combination. When the typical symptoms are absent and you experience ongoing production of nasal congestion with thick mucus it is possible you can have a sinus infection. The best thing to do is to see an allergist to determine the issue.
