Not sure.: Without more detail and a physical exam, it is impossible to tell. One simple thing to try would be to take a chewable antacid tablet, such as Tums (calcium carbonate), (calcium carbonate) when you have the pain, to see if it helps temporarily. If it does, that it is related to stomach acid. If this persists and the Tums (calcium carbonate) does not help, then I would see your doctor. Hope this helps.
