Can't tell here. CMD: Could be anything from gas to gallbladder attack, kidney stone, appendicitis, gyn issues, duodenal ulcer, musculoskeletal, other. See md. If these are new symptoms, see md asap (or er) to make sure you don't have a serious, emergency problem, like appendicitis.
