Right upper back: If you are getting a stabbing or throbbing pain in the area of your right shoulder blade, you may be having problems with your gallbladder. Do you get the pain after meals? nausea? vomiting? diarrhea? If yes, you need to have an ultrasound and maybe surgery. If no then it may just be muscular
