Depends: In regards to traumatic brain injuries - oif/ oef- because more are surviving blasts than before. Amputations- oif- oef- due to new armor - more are surviving but with extremity loss. Behavior health - ? Vietnam- ptsd was not undestood & was often poorly approched by medical professionals & they were often treated poorly by fellow americans. Civil war may have beat both.
