Adjunct only: Almost all migraine is manageable through a combination of mainstream meds and avoidance of triggers. Much of its management is by trial and error. Famously, different treatments help different folks, but don't prefer it just because it's a botanical. Migraine can ruin your career and your life. Keep exploring and best wishes -- and consider a trial of acupuncture and other holistic adjuncts.

Migraine treatment: Feverfew, a migraine herbal supplement can help as an adjunctive to another migraine modality treatment. Once a diagnosis of migraine has been made, effective management of migraine involves specific strategies and medication. See an orofacial pain or headache specialist for evaluation and professional management.
