Irregular periods: Were your periods regular previously? Would consider sonogram for PCOS ( polycystic ovarian syndrome) and prolactin level for pituitary adenoma, pelvic exam for infection. Unless you do not have sex would still do pregnancy test. If all negative, at times the hormonal system has to be redirected with several months of BCP.. Discuss with your doctor /urgent care/.telemedicine doc .
