Lymph auto was 21.7 and mchc was 31.1 on recent test. those were the only flagged results. what do they mean?

Probably nothing.: if you are well and the other values on the CBC are normal, it's not likely there is anything wrong. These values, relative % lymphocytes and mean cell hemoglobin, are only helpful when there is something wrong with the other CBC values.
