Unrelated: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, pilonidal sinus and elevated RBC count are not related. Next time you get your blood count done, make sure you are well hydrated, drink enough water so that your urine is watery, clear and colorless.
