No.: Honey will neither harm nor help peptic ulcer disease. If you have been diagnosed as having an ulcer, you should be on ulcer medication and perhaps medication to treat bacteria in the stomach if present. If you or having pains that you believe are peptic ulcer disease, I would first try antacids such as Tums (calcium carbonate) on an as needed basis, to see if they help temporarily. If not, see your doctor.
