Contact dermatitis?: Your symptoms resemble contact dermatitis. Have you been recently handling irritating objects, chemicals or cleaning agents? Perhaps it is something related to work, household chores or hobbies. You should see a clinician to identify the cause so that you can remedy it. Hope that helps.
