Yes: Make sure it has the appropriate number of calcium and FOLATE_ you want at least 4mg of folate (folic acid) to prevent brain problems and spinal cord problems. I suggest you get the prenatal vitamins your OB dr suggests

Ask your OB about...: The current state of medical maternal fetal nutrition research. Most obstetricians are now recommending vitamin D, Folic Acid, iron, and certain fatty acid supplements that enhance fetal neurological development. Iron is the latest nutrient shown to reduce risk of autism. This needs to be carefully planned with your OB and right away, because most important fetal development happens 1st trimester
