Get seen..: Go to your nearest urgent care if you don't have a primary care physician to get a tetanus vaccine if you are not up to date with this. You need also antibiotic prophylactic treatment in order to avoid potential infections that can be caused by germs transmitted form the cat's mouth. If there is also suspicion of rabies in this cat( if pet not usual)you might need a special preventive vaccination.
