Hello i fell yesterday and hurt my big to it began to bleed from underneath the top of the nail i woke up this morning and has swollen?

Are there nail?: Are their nail changes/damage/blood underneath? If so needs to be seen and examined and may need X-rays considered and/or procedure to repair nail or release bleeding. Otherwise if nail not involved and can bend toe ok can probably wait and see over next few days before doctor review

Painful?: If blood is under the nail, and it is painful and swollen! It may need nail trephination! Go to ER to have the blood under the nail removed !
