ER ASAP: You may have aspirated the milk, in other words inhaled the milk into your lungs rather than swallowing it into the digestive tract. If your breaths are painful, you should go to the ER ASAP!

Sorry: Your body , lungs should absorb the rest of the milk. If you are having difficulty breathing and further pain seeing a doctor in an Urgent care or Emergency Room would be warranted
