Pain right heart on: chest pain right lung on inhalation may be caused by in a young person pleurisy,infection,costochondritis,chest injury,mvp,anxiety,cardiac arrhythmia Diagnosed by cbc,X-ray chest,EKG,holter monitor,echo,ct chest with pe protocol,venous doppler of lower extremities. Treat the cause,psychiatric evaluation,xanax (alprazolam) for anxiety,pain medications.
