Tachycardia: A heart rate of 110 is not very dangerous unless you have symptoms with it (dizziness, chest pain, etc.). However, your resting heart rate should be between 60-100, the lower the better. You will need to rule out such pathologies as thyroid disease, electrolyte disturbances, etc. Start with your primary care doctor first.

If after having: Tests recommended by dr pavel, there are no physical complications, consider learning hypnosis or biofeedback to relax and improve your hr. It can be used to reduce blood pressure as well.
