Tachycardia: A heart rate of 110 is not very dangerous unless you have symptoms with it (dizziness, chest pain, etc.). However, your resting heart rate should be between 60-100, the lower the better. You will need to rule out such pathologies as thyroid disease, electrolyte disturbances, etc. Start with your primary care doctor first.
