SEXUAL DYSFUNCTION: Sexual dysfunction can occur with the class of antidepressants known as SSRI that affect serotonin. It is not a dysfunction to the nerve at all but more with blood flow. The damage is not permanent and will reverse when the medication is discontinued. Speak with your doctor about options and do not stop medications on your own.
