I have been on escitalopram (lexapro) for about four years. i have also had 44 treatments of radiation for prostate cancer. no problems with erections (tadalafil) but is extremely hard to ejaculate. any help would be extremely appreciated?

This has nothing to do with your prostate or radiation. A well-known side effect of escitalopram and the more conventional SSRIs is anorgasmia (inability to achieve orgasm). Consider taking a drug holiday from it and/or trying another drug.
