Height: Teresa, you most undoubtably have your wish. At age 20 all of your growth plates have fused and you will not grow any more.

Bone age: Usually by age 20 most women have completed their growth cycle. Some girls whose periods started late, i.e. age 16 or later could still be growing, however if your feet are no longer getting bigger, you are most likely at your top height. This can be confirmed by an X-ray of the wrist to determine bone age.
