Abdominal pain: There are many causes of abdominal pain. A doctor needs to examine your abdomen to facilitate diagnosis and treatment. If the pain is in the upper abdomen, peptic ulcer disease, pancreatitis, aortic dissection, gallbladder disease and infection, need to be ruled out.
