What does it mean when you can't diejest your food right &can't pass your gas &you feel backed up &your lower side of your stomach hurts really bad?

Maybe nothing but...: Taken together, your symptoms suggest a potentially sluggish gut. This may reflect autonomic dysfunction, inflammation, infection, gynecologic issues/pregnancy, even a bladder infection. Irritable bowel syndrome also has to be considered. Some simple testing and a physical exam should help answer your question and define what treatment is appropriate.
