? Kidney stone: One possible explanation in a 24 yo otherwise healthy male is kidney stones. If you see any blood in your urine that would be a possible clue. You should have your pmd check a urinalysis to see if there is microscopic blood. Another cause is muscular but that one is less likely to radiate to the stomach.
