I did cocaine yesterday... i am not a chronic user by any means.... but feel very dizzy and have vertigo today. what can i do to stop it?

Don't use cocaine.: Step 1. cocaine is not legal, unsafe, can cause serious injur to the sinuses, and can cause heart attacks and other injury via vasoconstriction and compromising blood flow to your organs. One of those organs is the brain. You may have suffered a small stroke. I think it wise to be checked by an MD. I'd also add that when buying street drugs you don't know what is really in them. Visit with a doc.
