You may...: Have a urinary tract infection. The only way to know would be to test a sample of your urine. I would recommend seeing your doctor as soon as possible. Good luck.

Also good to increase water intake while waiting to be checked as you could also have concentrated urine from a mild form of dehydration

Both good: Both are reasonably good tests. The urine sample has the advantage of allowing patients to get checked without subjecting themselves to a pelvic exam which deters some people.

Possibly: Urinary frequency can be a symptom of a urinary tract infection (uti), however, similar symptoms can be found with uncontrolled diabetes. An analysis of your urine can be performed by your primary care physician to better evaluate the cause of the increased urination.

Can a urine micro albumin 14mg/l show a slight damage to kidney for a diabetes type 1?

No: Albumin level in urine < 30 mg/dl is considered normal and can be present in normal individuals. Albumin level of more than 30 mg/dl is an early sign of diabetic kidney damage. Annual Albumin level in urine is recommended in patients with diabetes.
