I am 20 years old and am not even 5 ft...i need help...please suggest something.

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Height is genetic...: A 20 year-old is not growing taller if her growth plates have fused. If not fused, she might grow a little bit (doctor's growth chart for her can tell if growth has stopped). To look taller, one can choose properly designed clothing & shoes, and have good posture. Vitamins, supplements, "special" foods, exercise, etc... will not make a person living in the U.S. taller (height here is genetic).
